Your private Doctor (GP) can declare you fit to work. He/she may also provide you with a note stating that you are fit to work. However if your GP is not a registered Occupational Health Medical Practitioner your medical certificate will most likely not be accepted by your customers SHEQ department and will also not be recognized by the labour department.
